SingleMalts.co.uk earns money through affiliate links: when you click a "check price" link and buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. It never costs you anything extra.

The plain-English version

• Links to retailers such as Master of Malt, The Whisky Exchange and Amazon UK may be affiliate links.
• The price you pay is exactly the same either way.
• Commissions pay the site's costs. They don't decide what we recommend — our picks would be the same without them, and plenty of bottles we recommend earn us nothing.
• Affiliate links are marked for search engines (rel="sponsored") and this disclosure is linked from every page where they appear.

Why "check price" and not "buy now"?

Whisky prices change weekly, so we don't pretend to quote live prices. Our buttons take you to the retailer's current price — that's the whole promise.

If we ever publish a sponsored review, it will be clearly labelled as such on the page, and it will follow the same rule as everything else here: honest opinions, no invented tasting notes. As of 2026, we have published none.
